1. Which regions support delivery?

BLARNEY BOX LLC is committed to the development of the U.S. domestic business, and has not yet launched international business. Currently, we only support orders from the United States. Any subsequent adjustments will be announced on our website without prior notice.

2.Order processing time

Our service hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.(MST). For all US orders, we will process within 1 to 3 business days. Orders end at 7:00 p.m. each business day and orders placed after 7:00 p.m. will be prioritized for processing starting at 9:00 a.m. the next business day. Orders placed after 7:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed at 9:00 a.m. on the following Monday. In the event of a major event or holiday orders will be processed on a later date. No shipping or delivery courier will be arranged on weekends or holidays, your orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be prioritized from the next working day.

3. What should I do if my order takes too long to process?

Our order processing time is generally 1 to 3 business days, if you meet a holiday will be delayed, if in no special circumstances the order processing more than ten business days, please contact us. We will arrange a refund for you not to ship or help you check whether the order has been shipped.

4. Product transportation time and freight calculation

Our delivery price is $2.88 per order for standard shipping, delivered 5 to 9 days after courier delivery. If the total value of your purchase is more than $25, we will arrange free shipping for you. If you want to speed up the delivery time, we will arrange our VIP shipping for you, which will cost you $3.88 and will be delivered 2 to 4 days after the courier is sent.

5. Delivery time

Our delivery time is 8 to 12 business days, if there are holidays or major events delivery events will be delayed.

6.What should I do if the shipping time of my order is too long?

Please refer to point 5 for delivery times. We are sorry if there is a timeout. You can contact us via email at [email protected] and we will process your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and the amount you paid will be returned to your payment account. The time for the refund to arrive varies depending on the payment method and usually takes one to two business days.

7. What if the product is lost in transit?

If your Orthodontic Box product is lost in transit, we will help you contact the courier company for processing.

8. About the packaging

Our Orthodontic Box will be packed in thickened carton, please check carefully when you receive our Orthodontic Box, if there is any problem, please contact us first.

9.Sign for receipt

Please check whether the package is intact before signing the receipt.

After receiving the Orthodontic Box, if damage is found, please contact us in time and we will handle it properly.

Another person signed for, as the consignee himself signed for.

If the package is rejected for customer reasons (non-quality issues), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

10. Unclaimed orders

Parcels that are unclaimed and undeliverable due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not assume any responsibility.

11.Sales tax fees

Sales tax fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept payments in US dollars. If you are paying in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.
